Information about one participant's set of responses to a prescreen or online survey.

| person_id | Int32 | the numeric identifier of the participant |
| start_time | Date | the start time of the prescreen/study |
| end_time | Date | the end time of the prescreen/study |
| status | String | completion status. Possible values: C = completed | W = withdrew | I = in progress |
| data_status | String | status of response data. Possible values: D = data deleted | S = stored on system |
| first_name | String | the first name of the participant |
| last_name | String | the last name of the participant |
| user_id | String | the participant’s user ID |
| anon_id_code | String | applies only when Anonymous ID codes are enabled, otherwise blank |
| responses | Array | the participant’s responses to this prescreen/survey, an array of APIPrescreenSurveyResponseItem items |
